Why are we the smartest thing in the energy market right now?City Energy was founded in December 2010 with a mission to eradicate fuel poverty, remove carbon and give our customers warmer homes. We work on behalf of utility partners, councils, landlord associations and private homeowners delivering heating, renewables and insulation programmes. We adopt the latest energy-efficient technologies, putting you – our customers – at the heart of everything we do.
Our vast installer network of accredited engineers and surveyors have all undertaken the highest levels of training to ensure they reach our customer expectations – providing you with a first-class experience. Our accreditations include the Gas Safe Register and PAS 2030. In accordance with our ‘right first time’ approach, all measures are completed in full compliance with the design specifications, ECO standards and manufacturer’s instructions.

Our ‘Whole Home Approach’ ensures the highest possible uptake of measures for both partners and their residents. We are uniquely placed to survey, install and technically monitor all heating and insulation measures. Our delivery schemes include; Energy Company Obligation (ECO), Local Authority Flex (LA Flex), Warm Home Fund, Green Homes Grant and the Government’s Smart Meter Rollout.
